ProTactics is a diversified project management, systems engineering, process improvement and change management consulting, training, appraisal, and support services provider. Although we are a small business, our people are experienced senior managers and practitioners from across the aerospace, government acquisition management, technology product development, and manufacturing communities. Our customers span the globe and are involved primarily in developing, acquiring, and operating large, complex, software-intensive systems-of-systems for military, aerospace, homeland security, energy, air traffic control, and telecommunications applications.

We offer recognized training and on-site, hands-on consulting and collaboration services for people managing, developing, deploying, and supporting high-technology products, systems, services, and operations. We work with commercial organizations to improve their products and services and make them more competitive. We specialize in helping government program and project management offices to get what they and their users really need from information systems development contractors and software, hardware, and outsourcing vendors.

ProTactics is a Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI) partner authorized to deliver official training and appraisal products and services for the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and the People Capability Maturity Model (PCMM).
